As gritty business owners, we tend to overextend ourselves and end up becoming the business. It doesn’t have to be this way! This constant overextension inadvertently limits the growth potential of your business and detracts you from achieving the long-term financial freedom you seek as an entrepreneur.

We are in a unique position in Northwest Indiana. Our region is experiencing tremendous growth which will bring new opportunities and new challenges. We must embrace all of it by bringing our very best selves to the table every day.

That is why I’m so excited about creating a business coaching and mastermind group for women business owners in Northwest Indiana, starting with Valparaiso and Chesterton.

The mission of this coaching and mastermind group is to empower women business owners in Northwest Indiana to create long-term financial freedom by maximizing the value of their business.

It is designed to drive tangible value through the application of proven coaching strategies, confidential discussion among women business owners, relationship development with success-oriented women, and ongoing accountability with an

expectation for consistent attendance and engagement.

We’re bringing the education and accountability aspects from business coaching together with the wisdom of a mastermind group to maximize the value for women business owners who have extreme pressure on their use of time and resources.

Social Contract and Values:
